Question: How do Buyers upload drawings/pictures and RFQ information in EZ-OEM.com?
Answer:
1. Sign in and visit "Buyer RFQ"page.
2. Fill in"RFQ"item.
3. Choose your OEM category.
4. Upload the OEM parts drawings/pictures.
5. Fill in procurement quantity and other RFQ requirement.
6. Submit.
Question: How do Buyers upload several drawings/ pictures at the same time?
Answer: Click “Buyer RFQ”, and choose the number of uploading pictures then upload drawings/ pictures.
Notice: The drawings/ pictures must belong to the same product/ part.
Question: How do I get the suppliers＇ quotations after post the RFQ information?
Answer: After you post the RFQ information, suppliers will Email their quotations to you; or post their quotations on website which you can check “RFQ management information”.
Question: How “My qualified supplier” helps me?
Answer: After suppliers quoted, you can evaluate suppliers and add to “My qualified supplier”. You can send your RFQ to them directly in the future.

Question:How do suppliers search RFQ information in EZ-OEM.com? |
Answer:
1. Sign in and visit "OEM Supplier's quotation"page.
2. Choose your OEM category.
3. Fill in quotation and my quotation notes.
4.Submit.
Question: How "Quotation management" helps me?
Answer: After you quoted, you can check, trace and manage your quotations in your "RFQ management".
Question: How "Unquoted information" help me?
Answer: When you can' t quote immediately, you can add the RFQ information to "Unquoted information" and quote later.
Question: How "Order RFQ information" helps me?
Answer: After suppliers ordered RFQ information, the system will inform you Buyers' RFQ information by Email when they post their RFQ.
